Mother's Day

Well, I am officially not a mom yet, but since I have a bun in the oven I got to have my first Mother's Day! Darin and I went to dinner Saturday night, and on Sunday at church, all the guys got a rose to give to their wives. Well, there is this willow tree that I have been wanting for a while,(it is the one with the mom and the dad and they are holding a little baby, it is called "our gift") so Dare and I decided that he would give that to me for Mother's Day. So after church he gave it to me; however, being the amazing husband that he is, Darin pulled out another present, then another, then another. I felt like a million dollars. He got me a journal, and then 2 cookbooks. (I thnk he was just hinting with the cook books haha jk) It was a great day, and I can already tell that I am going to like mother's day : )

Sounds like you had a good Mothers Day! We celebrated Mothers Day last year while I was pregnant too :)

I am glad that you had a good mother's day and I think that you will like mother's day even more when the little one arrives. There is nothing in the world like being a mother!

I got my maternity clothes at motherhood maternity. They can be kind of spendy, but they have sale racks. You can borrow mine if you want, just let me know :)

You are too officially a mom, at least I think so. I am glad he spoiled you. By the way, my friend Alicia takes pictures of people for free right now because she is trying to build up her portfolio to eventually start a business, so if you want prego pictures when you are showing more, she'd be happy to do it. She is practically professional in my opinion. So let me or Nate know, and we will hook you up. :)
