Well since we were out of town on our anniversary, we did the traditional eating of the wedding cake two days later. It actually kept pretty well and tasted pretty good. We had that along with martinelli.
We also got to drink our wedding punch this weekend. We went up to Montana and Darin's mom has a ton of it frozen still, it was still delicious!

How fun! I always wondered what the wedding cake would taste like after a year in the freezer (Eric and I didn't get to do it) Glad it still tasted great!
